1 | ounce | spicy Mexican coleslaw by mixing the following: | |
|
|||
-red cabbage, shredded | |||
|
|||
-green cabbage, shredded | |||
|
|||
-carrots, shredded | |||
|
|||
-scallions, chopped | |||
|
|||
-mayonnaise | |||
|
|||
-lime juice | |||
|
Cook pulled pork and add Sweet Baby Rays Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce.
Heat tortilla wrap on each side for approximately 30 seconds.
Place beans, cheese, pulled pork, Sweet Baby Rays Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce and coleslaw on center of wrap.
Fold over and roll wrap tightly to secure both ends.
Cut wrap on the bias, stack on plate with sides and serve.
