8 | slices | smoked bacon | |
|
Cut the kielbasa into 4-inch portions, 4 portions per pound.
Wrap each portion with 1 slice of smoked bacon.
Skewer and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
You can finish by brushing with the BBQ sauce and continue to cook for 5 minutes to set the sauce, or finish on the char broiler brushing with sauce turning twice to set the sauce.
