Greek Rub: | |||
1 | Tablespoon | garlic powder | |

1 | Tablespoon | dried basil | |

1 | Tablespoon | dried oregano | |

3/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
Combine rub ingredients; press evenly onto steaks. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 15 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
Serve steak with feta and olives.
Serve with mixed green salad with cherry tomatoes
