1 | Tablespoon | ground cumin | |

|||
2 | teaspoons | minced garlic | |

2 | teaspoons | cider vinegar | |

1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce | |

1/4 | teaspoon | ground red pepper | |
|
Combine rub ingredients; press evenly onto steaks. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 11 to 14 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
Serve steak with grilled vegetables.
Serve with grilled corn on the cob and red onion wedges
