Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer. Add onion. Cook 5 minutes or until onion is softened, stirring occasionally. Add chili, salsa and broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 10 minutes or until hot and flavors have infused.
Stir in sour cream. Spoon soup into bowls. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve with toasted tortilla chips.
