The classic crab cake gets deconstructed into a crunchy dip featuring LAY'S Classic Potato Chips!

1 | bag | (8 ounce) LAY'S Classic Potato Chips | |

1 | pound | jumbo lump crab meat | |
|
|||
1 | cup | pepper Jack cheese, shredded, divided | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | sour cream | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | grated Parmesan cheese, divided | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | green onions, minced | |
|
|||
6 | whole garlic cloves, roasted and mashed | ||
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | lemon juice | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | favorite seafood seasoning | |
|
|||
1 | Pinch salt | ||
|
|||
1 | Pinch black pepper | ||
|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Combine all the ingredients except crab in a mixing bowl and mix well, setting aside 1/4 cup pepper Jack cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Add jumbo lump crab meat and stir gently until thoroughly mixed.
Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly, then top with remaining cheese and place in the oven.
Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Serve with LAYS Classic Chips.
