4 | Thomas' Whole Wheat Bagels, chopped into quarters | ||

1/2 | cup | red bell peppers, chopped | |

1/2 | cup | green bell peppers, chopped | |

1/2 | cup | cooked bacon, crumbled | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | whole milk | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | green onion, diced | |
|

Salt to taste | |||

Pepper to taste | |||

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
Chop Thomas' Whole Wheat Bagels into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp and let rest on a paper towel-lined plate. Crumble bacon once cooled and put into the mixing bowl.
Add in all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Divide mixture evenly into 6 ramekin dishes. Place ramekins on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes or until strata has puffed and browned.
