3 | Tablespoons | maple syrup | |

1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
|
|||
2 | cups | all purpose flour | |
|

5 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, eggs, syrup and vanilla. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet and whisk together. Do not overmix - batter should be lumpy.
Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease with baking spray. Portion waffle batter into iron and cook according to manufacturer's instructions. Serve immediately.
