3 | cloves | garlic, minced | |

1/2 | teaspoon | red pepper flakes | |

1/2 | cup | Culinary Tours Half Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, drained | |

5 | ounces | white Italian tuna in olive oil, drained | |
|
|||
1 | jar | (23 ounces) your choice of Culinary Tours Pasta Sauce | |

|||
1/2 | cup | flat leaf parsley, chopped and loosely packed | |

Zest of one fresh lemon | |||

Cook Culinary Tours Orecchiette as directed on package; drain.
Meanwhile, heat Culinary Tours Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic and pepper flakes in large skillet on medium heat. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until garlic is fragrant and begins to soften.
Add Culinary Tours Half Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes , tuna and Culinary Tours Pasta Sauce. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.
Stir in hot cooked pasta and parsley. Top each serving with a bit of freshly zested lemon.
