1 | head | cauliflower, sliced vertically through the stem | |

1 | cup | olive oil | |

2 | Tablespoons | lemon juice | |

1 | teaspoon | minced garlic | |

1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
Combine oil, lemon juice and garlic in a gallon size resealable bag.
Add Cauliflower "steaks". Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove "steaks" from marinade and sprinkle with salt.
Grill Cauliflower "steaks" for 20 to 25 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
