Mozzarella cut into bite sized cubes | |||

Balsamic vinegar | |||

Preheat grill to medium-high.
Wrap a strip of prosciutto around each peach slice and secure on skewers.
Grill turning often until prosciutto crisps at edges and peaches begin to caramelize, about 6 to 10 minutes.
Serve warm with bite sized fresh mozzarella and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
