10 | lightly packed | spiralized zucchini (Zoodles) | |

1 1/2 | cups | Tops Shredded Mozzarella Cheese | |

3/4 | cup | grated parmesan cheese | |

1/2 | cup | plain non-fat Greek yogurt | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | garlic salt | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | Italian seasoning | |

Add the Zoodles to boiling water and cook just until tender, about 2-3 minutes.
Pour the noodles into a colander and get them as dry as possible, using paper towels helps but be very careful, they're hot!
Transfer the noodles back to the pot on medium low heat and stir in the mozzarella and parmesan cheese, a few handfuls at a time. Add more cheese once the previous addition is melted.
Once all the cheese is added and melted, stir in the Greek yogurt until well combined. Finally, stir in the garlic salt, Italian Seasoning and a pinch of salt & pepper.
