1 | slice | sourdough bread or your favorite bread | |

1 | tablespoon | water | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | fresh spinach | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | chopped garlic | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | Sabra Classic Hummus | |
|
|||
salt to taste | |||
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | red pepper flakes, optional | |
|
Place egg in a small pan. Fill pan with water until egg is covered and bring to boil. Boil egg for approximately 4 minutes. Remove from heat and place under cold running water.
Toast bread. Set aside.
Wilt the spinach by placing water, spinach and garlic in a medium size sauce pan. Heat over medium heat and cook until spinach is just wilted - about 1 minute.
Place toast on serving plate. Spread Sabra Classic Hummus over toasted bread.
Place wilted spinach over hummus.
Peel egg and place over spinach. Slice in half, allowing yolk to flow.
Garnish with salt, as desired and optional red pepper flakes.
