1/4 | cup | Sabra Roasted Red Peper Hummus | |

2 | ounces | (6 slices) mozzarella, thinly sliced | |

1/4 | cup | cherry tomatoes, quartered | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | chopped fresh basil | |
|
|||
3 | teaspoons | olive oil | |
|
|||
red pepper flakes, optional | |||

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Spread half of Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on each mini naan.
Place half of the sliced mozzarella and cherry tomatoes on each flatbread.
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet in the lower third of the preheated oven (this creates a crisper crust.) Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crust becomes golden brown and cheese has melted.
Remove flatbreads from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
