2 1/2 | ounces | fresh baby spinach | |

3 | flatbread or naan | ||

1 | container | (10 ounce) Sabra Roasted Pine Nut Hummus | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | sundried tomatoes, drained | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | pine nuts | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | pesto sauce | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | feta cheese crumbles | |
|
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach and cover. Saute until the spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally, about 2 minutes.
Toast the flatbread (naan) on a skillet, in the oven or a toaster.
Smear hummus liberally over the flatbread. Layer with sauteed spinach, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts.
Drizzle with pesto sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Cut into pieces and serve.
