1 | pineapple, skinned, cored and quartered | ||

2 | mangos, peeled, pitted and quartered | ||
|
|||
1 | red onion, minced | ||
|
|||
1 | red jalapeno, seeded and finely diced | ||
|
|||
1/2 | fresh lemon, juiced | ||
|

salt and pepper to taste | |||

Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Grill ham uncovered 4 to 6 inches from medium high heat 4 minutes. Turn ham. Brush with olive oil. Grill 4 minutes longer. Turn ham again. Brush again with oil. Grill about 2 minutes longer or until heated through.
Grill pineapple and mango slices until grill marked and caramelized, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove, cool, and dice. Toss in large bowl with remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
Serve grilled ham steak with fruit salsa.
