1 Spread butter over one side of each slice of bread. On unbuttered side of one of the slices, layer 1 tablespoon gravy, the turkey, stuffing, remaining 1 tablespoon gravy, 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce, cheese and sage leaves. Spread remaining 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce over unbuttered side of remaining bread slice. Close sandwich buttered side up.
2 Cook in a preheated panini maker 3 to 4 minutes or in a large nonstick skillet or cast iron skillet over medium heat 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
