Heat oven to 350 degrees F. On large baking sheet, toss together Brussels sprouts, mustard, butter, orange juice, honey, salt and pepper, if desired. Bake 40 minutes or until crisply tender.
In skillet over medium heat, cook bacon 5 minutes or until browned and crisp; remove to paper towel to drain. Always cook to well-done, 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Add to Brussels sprouts; toss to combine.
