Looking for a new way to entertain with the fresh flavors of the Mediterranean? This Greek-inspired hummus dip is easy to prepare and always a hit. Serve with toasty pita chips.
Yield: Serves 8-10
1 | container | family-size hummus (about 16 ounces) | |

1/2 | cup | crumbled DeLallo Imported Greek Feta | |
|
|||
1 | container | (7 ounce) DeLallo Jumbo Pitted Calamata Olives Ready Pack, drained and chopped | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | chopped DeLallo Roasted Red Peppers | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | DeLallo Whole Mild Pepperoncini | |
|
|||
1 | large tomato, diced | ||
|
|||
1 | small cucumber, diced | ||
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | fresh chopped oregano or dill | |
|
Spread an even layer of hummus along the bottom of a clear, shallow serving dish. Sprinkle hummus with feta, olives, red peppers, pepperoncini, tomato and cucumber. Garnish with fresh oregano and serve with pita.
