2/3 | cup | chopped dried cherries | |

2/3 | cup | chopped roasted cashews with sea salt | |

4 | tablespoons | (1/2 stick) organic butter | |

|||
1 | bag | (10.5 ounce) miniature marshmallows | |
|
|||
5 | cups | toasted oats cereal | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
Combine 3 tablespoons of each cherries and cashews; set aside.
Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with canola oil cooking spray.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, stir in marshmallows until melted.
Remove pan from heat, stir in cereal, salt, remaining cherries and cashews until well coated.
Press mixture into prepared dish and sprinkle with reserved cherries and cashews, pressing lightly into base.
Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
Cut into 18 bars using sharp knife coated with cooking spray.
