Cook up a classic without the pot! It's simple. Just skewer up your favorite Italian sausage (spicy or mild) with colorful peppers and onions. Don't forget a side of our fresh-tomato Pomodoro Fresco Sauce!
Yield: Serves 4-6
1 | pound | sweet Italian sausage links, cut into 3 - 4 inch pieces | |

2 | bell peppers, cut into chunks | ||

1 | large onion, cut into chunks | ||

|||
3 | tablespoons | DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive oil | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | chopped fresh parsley | |
|
|||
2 | cups | DeLallo Pomodoro Fresco Tomato-Basil, warmed | |
|
Thread meat, peppers and onions onto wooden skewers. Brush with olive oil. Using grill or grill pan, cook skewers, about 7 minutes per side. Once sausage is cooked through, remove from heat.
Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley and warmed Pomodoro Fresco.
