This stew is as easy as it sounds, just simmer, stir and serve.

2 | packages | (4 fillets) Gorton's All Natural Cajun Style Grilled Fillets (7.1 ounce pkg) | |

2 | tablespoons | vegetable or olive oil | |
|
|||
1 | small onion, chopped | ||
|
|||
1 | medium green pepper, chopped | ||
|
|||
1 | carrot, diced | ||
|
|||
1 | clove | (large) garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1 | can | (15 ounce) diced tomatoes | |
|
|||
1 | can | (8 ounce) no salt tomato sauce | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | cups | dry white wine or tomato juice | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | dried basil | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | dried oregano | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | red pepper flakes | |
|
|||
1 | bay leaf | ||
|
Heat oil over medium heat in a large non-stick skillet for 2 minutes and saute onions, green peppers, carrots and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, add Gorton's All Natural Cajun Grilled Fillets, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Break fish apart, stir, simmer 5 minutes, stir and serve immediately.
