Cut and cube 3/4 of a whole seedless watermelon.
Add cubed watermelon to a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth and well pureed. Strain juice through a fine mesh strainer into bowl and set aside.
In a large pitcher whisk together water, lemon juice, and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in reserved fresh watermelon juice. Store in refrigerator.
Serve in individual glasses with ice, lemon slices and mint sprigs.
