1 | pound | ground turkey or beef, browned and drained | |

8 | slices | Tops Brand smoked bacon, fried and chopped into small pieces | |

1 | cup | onion, chopped | |
|
|||
1 | cup | Tops Brand ketchup | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | Tops Brand apple cider vinegar | |
|
|||
1 | cup | Tops Brand brown sugar | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | Tops Brand mustard powder | |
|
|||
1 | can | (28 ounce) Tops Brand pork and beans | |
|
|||
1 | can | (15 ounce) Tops Brand red kidney beans, drained | |
|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Brown the turkey or ground beef, bacon and onions and drain grease, if desired.
Add the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard powder and simmer on low heat for 30 mins; stirring occasionally.
Drain your beans and toss in a 9x13 inch pan or 4 quart casserole dish. Add the meat mixture on top of the beans and cook for 30 minutes.
