A great summer salad with penne pasta, olives and feta wrapped in creamy Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise. A Greek pasta salad recipe bursting with Mediterranean flavors.

1 | tablespoon | fresh oregano leaves*, chopped | |

2 | teaspoons | firmly packed brown sugar | |

1 | small cucumber, sliced | ||
|
|||
1/2 | small red onion, thinly sliced | ||

|||
1/2 | cup | red and/or yellow cherry tomatoes, halved | |

1/4 | cup | sliced pitted ripe olives or Greek olives | |

2 | cups | baby spinach leaves | |

Cook fusilli according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until cool.
Combine Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, oregano and brown sugar in large bowl. Stir in cucumber, onion, tomatoes and olives. Add fusilli and spinach; toss. Top with feta.
*Substitution: Use 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed.
