Bake chocolate chip cookies according to package directions until golden brown. Let cookies cool completely and then cut in half.
Spoon frosting into a bowl and add drops of red food coloring; stir until frosting has turned completely red. Spread a thin layer of frosting onto each cookie half.
Place mini marshmallows around the curved edge of half of the cookie halves. Place the remaining cookie halves on top of the marshmallows and place two slivered almonds on each side of the middle marshmallows to represent "fangs".
