1 | cup | vanilla Greek yogurt | |

3 | tablespoons | chia seeds | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | blackberries or blueberries | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | raspberries or strawberries | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | granola | |
|
|||
garnish with fresh mint leaves | |||

Slice CantaGold melon in half and scoop out the seeds. Discard seeds and pat melon dry with a clean paper towel.
In a large bowl, stir together vanilla Greek Yogurt and chia seeds. Scoop into the center of each melon.
Fill each melon half with fresh fruit (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, banana, etc.) and top with granola. Enjoy!
