10 | ounces | Sartori® MontAmore® cheese, shredded (per burger) | |

Cheese Sauce: | |||
3 | tablespoons | butter | |
|
|||
3 | tablespoons | flour | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | cups | whole milk | |
|
|||
1 | cup | Sartori® MontAmore® cheese, shredded | |
|
Flatten out 1 patty. Place 1 ounce cheese in the center.
Top with additional patty. Seal edges.
Grill to desired doneness.
Add the MontAmore cheese sauce (directions below) for even more cheese goodness.
Cheese Sauce:
Melt butter. Remove from heat.
Stir in flour and salt.
Gradually add milk, stirring until well mixed.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened and smooth.
Cook for 5 minutes and add cheese.
Stir until smooth and well blended.
