You can't show up at a party, potluck, family reunion or holiday gathering without at least an 80% chance of running into a layered dip. And we are not complaining about that. Because what's in those layers is almost always something delicious. As in, mostly cheese and bacon. Or like this Cooper® cheese BLT layered dip, where one of the world's greatest sandwiches combines with one of the world's tastiest cheeses (that's Cooper!), all in a snacky, dippable form. Now that's a party we'll show up for.

In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
Spread into a large clear dish (to show the layers). Add a layer of lettuce, then bacon, then tomatoes. Shred the Cooper® cheese block until you have approximately 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese. Layer the cheese over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with green onion.
