1/2 | tablespoon | TOPS dry mustard | |

1 | tablespoon | TOPS salt | |

1 1/2 | tablespoons | oil | |

Coffee butter: | |||
2 | tablespoons | coffee grounds | |
|
|||
8 | tablespoons | (1 stick) butter | |
|
Coffee rub:
Combine all ingredients (except oil and steak) in small mixing bowl.
Rub oil on both sides of steak.
Sprinkle coffee rub on each side of steak generously.
Turn grill on high or preheat your grill pan.
Brush or coat with canola or vegetable oil (this prevents the steak from sticking or burning).
Put steak on grill and cook to desired temperature, please note recommended temperature is 130 degrees for a medium rare.
Coffee butter:
Melt butter in small saute pan.
Add 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds.
Cook on low for 7 minutes.
Strain grounds from butter.
Pour over steak and serve.
