Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat.
Cut potatoes from 1 DOLE® Homestyle Roasted Herb Sheet Pan Meal Starter Kit into quarters; toss vegetables, 1/2 the seasoning and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large bowl.
Divide vegetables onto center of 4 (12-inch-square) sheets of foil.
For each pack, bring 2 edges of foil up over vegetables and fold to seal; fold sides of foil to seal.
Place packs, seal side up, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Brush 4 salmon fillets with 2 tablespoons olive oil; sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
Place salmon on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F, turning once.
Serve salmon with vegetables.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups vegetables.
