Meanwhile, prepare Knorr Pasta Sides according to package directions.
To serve, toss cooked chicken with hot pasta. Arrange lettuce leaves on platter. Evenly fill lettuce with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and cilantro. Serve, if desired, with lime wedges.
