On a round serving platter or plate about 8 to 10 inches in diameter, place basil leaves in a circular pattern (to resemble a wreath) covering the surface of the plate. Leave an opening in the center for a small ramekin to hold the balsamic dressing.
Place tomatoes and mozzarella balls over the basil leaves.
Randomly insert sprigs of fresh rosemary in between the tomatoes and basil leaves for added decor.
Pour balsamic dressing into the ramekin and add a serving spoon. Provide toothpicks or cocktail picks for people to create their own caprese skewers.
