3-5 | cloves | garlic, minced | |

3 | packs | Beyond Burgers (6 patties) | |

1 1/2 | cups | dried oats | |
|

2 | tablespoons | Vegan Worcestershire Sauce | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | tomato paste | |

3 | tablespoons | gluten free flour | |

2 | teaspoons | Cajun seasoning | |

|
Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.
For BBQ Meatloaf Topping:
In a bowl add ketchup, brown sugar, dijon mustard and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
For Meatloaf:
Mix Egg Replacer and water and set aside.
In a hot pan, saute bell pepper, celery and onion until slightly browned. Add garlic to veggies and saute for an additional 30 seconds. Set aside veggies and let cool.
In a large bowl, breakup Beyond Burger patties and mix with dried oats, vegan worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, flour, cajun seasoning, thyme, egg replacer mixture and cooled veggies. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper - mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated. Place into a loaf pan and spread evenly into the form of a loaf. Spread meatloaf BBQ sauce evenly on top of loaf.
Place in oven and bake for 35-45 minutes until browned. Cool for 10-15 minutes. Slice and serve.
