Black Bean Tacos Dorados

Golden and delicious Black Bean Tacos Dorados! These fried tacos are one of the most popular dishes in Mexico made with creamy and convenient GOYA Refried Black Beans and GOYA Corn Tortillas. Perfect for a quick snack or meal!

Preparation Time: 15 min; Total: 25 min

Ingredients

1 can (16 ounce) GOYA Refried Black Beans

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro

8 GOYA Corn Tortillas

GOYA Corn Oil for frying

2 cups shredded lettuce

1/2 cup crumbled Cotija cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

GOYA Salsa Pico de Gallo - Mild, optional

GOYA Salsa Taquera, optional

GOYA Salsa Verde, optional

Directions:

Step 1:
Stir together refried beans and cilantro; spread over half of each tortilla. Fold over to enclose filling.

Step 2:
Pour enough oil into large saucepan to come 1 inch up side; heat over medium heat. In two batches, fry tacos for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown all over.

Step 3:
Serve tacos dorados with shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and salsas (if using) on the side.
