Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Line muffin tins with 24 cupcake liners.
Step 2: Prepare cupcakes according to box instructions. Let cool completely.
Step 3: Place a large round tip into a piping bag, fill with frosting. Pipe a flat layer on the cake, spreading smooth with a knife. Place piping tip perpendicular to the cupcake, creating a small, round dollop of frosting for the face.
Step 4: Around the small circle, place the candy corn to look like feathers. Place the eyes and candy corn nose. Enjoy!
