Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Mist 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer. Add salsa and chilies; stir to combine.
Prepare dough according to package directions. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to fit into prepared pan so dough comes 1-inch up sides of pan. Spread dough with warmed refried beans. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
Top with turkey mixture. Sprinkle with tortilla chips and remaining cheese. Bake 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and pastry is golden. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into 6 pieces.
