Golden and delicious Black Bean Tacos Dorados! These fried tacos are one of the most popular dishes in Mexico made with creamy and convenient GOYA Refried Black Beans and GOYA Corn Tortillas. Perfect for a quick snack or meal!

1 | tablespoon | finely chopped fresh cilantro | |

8 | GOYA Corn Tortillas | ||

|||
GOYA Corn Oil for frying | |||

2 | cups | shredded lettuce | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | crumbled Cotija cheese | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | sour cream | |
|
|||
GOYA Salsa Pico de Gallo - Mild, optional | |||
|
|||
GOYA Salsa Taquera, optional | |||
|
|||
GOYA Salsa Verde, optional | |||
|
Step 1:
Stir together refried beans and cilantro; spread over half of each tortilla. Fold over to enclose filling.
Step 2:
Pour enough oil into large saucepan to come 1 inch up side; heat over medium heat. In two batches, fry tacos for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown all over.
Step 3:
Serve tacos dorados with shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and salsas (if using) on the side.
