Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cast iron skillet.
Spread cookie dough in an even layer. Top with fall sprinkles.
Bake until edges are golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve warm and top with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
